Horizon was (and continues to be) a great partner for my project. This is my 7th time outsourcing projects and this was the best experience by far. The difference is that they really try to do an honest and good job -- they care about their work. They did not try to avoid even the most difficult requirements/tasks (and there were plenty) that I proposed and they worked with me to innovate and make a better product. I am really happy with their work and will be working with them on an ongoing basis in the future.
My project was an extremely complex, multi-faceted social networking site -- much more complex and robust than 95% of the social networking sites in existence. Horizon Tech knew how to implement every aspect of the site without having to take the time to learn new skills. They have implemented every one of my VAST number of specifications for the site, and the finished product is something that I am extremely proud of.

This group successfully completed the project requirements of learning a legacy code and a CMS system while adding new functionality and following an intricate set of design guidelines – we plan to find projects to work on together in the future.
Very professional team, excellent Web and Graphic designers and outstanding communication with their leader. All deliverables were on time. All reviews were accepted by them and implemented. Definitely I would suggest to trust your Project on Horizon Technolgies team!.
